Once your payment is received, your creative journey officially begins. Blu Print follows a structured process to ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

1. Confirmation & Welcome Email

After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. This includes:

  Your order summary or invoice
  
• 
  A link to your Client Questionnaire (to gather your design preferences, inspiration, and goals)
  
• 
  Instructions on how to submit any required content, such as logos, photos, or text
  

2. Client Questionnaire

The questionnaire is an essential first step—it helps us understand your brand vision, style, and project needs.

  Once submitted, your project officially enters the design queue.
  
• 
  Failure to complete the questionnaire within 5 business days may delay your project timeline.
  

3. Project Kickoff

Once your materials and questionnaire are received, you’ll receive a Project Start Email confirming:

• 
  Your project start date
  
• 
  Estimated delivery timeline
  
• 
  Assigned designer (if applicable)
  

4. Design & Review Phase

You’ll receive initial drafts or mockups based on your package.

• 
  You’ll be able to provide feedback during your included revision rounds.
  
• 
  Communication happens via email unless otherwise arranged.
  

5. Final Delivery

After approval, you’ll receive:

• 
  Your final design files (and print-ready files if applicable)
  
• 
  Any relevant brand assets or documentation (color codes, fonts, etc.)
  
• 
  Web access details (if website package)
  

For print orders, you’ll receive a tracking link once production begins.

6. Project Closure

Once your final files are delivered, your project will be officially marked as complete.

  Additional revisions or future updates can be requested through a new project or retainer option.

  Client feedback and testimonials are always appreciated!
  

Timeline & Turnaround

Each Blu Print project is custom-built, which means turnaround times vary depending on:

  The type of service (branding, web, print, or digital)
  
• 
  The complexity and scope of the project
  
• 
  The current production queue
  

On average, projects are completed within 5–30 business days. Larger or multi-part packages (such as The Architect) may take longer due to the development and review process.
